Experience matters

We know retirement plans. The experience of the team you work with to manage your company retirement plan matters. How many people do you know that have managed a one billion dollar plan? We have. Before opening Providence Financial LLC, Andy was the Director of the State of Missouri retirement plan. This plan served over 25,000 members with more than $1 billion in assets. Andy also worked for Nationwide, a premier provider of retirement plans, for 15 years. His experience is extensive, coupled with the fact that he too is a small business owner and knows the very issues that business owners face.

Experienced Administration

Mary Ann Semkin, our Client Services Manager, has over 20 years experience in this field. She previously worked with Andy on the management of the State of Missouri Plan. When Andy opened Providence Financial, LLC in 2009, Mary Ann was the first person he hired. Today, Mary Ann serves as the direct contact for all your plan issues and generally works very closely with those in your company who manage Human Resources and company benefits.

Already have a retirement plan
(or want to create a new one) ?

We are able to work with you whether you already have a plan in place, or are considering creating a brand new plan. We analyze every aspect of it for you including benefits, fees, investment options, and employee education. Additionally, we will quantify the tax benefits for ownership, management, and staff.

What plan design is best?

To determine what is best for your company, we begin with an initial consultation. In that meeting, we learn about your company, your employees, and what you are trying to accomplish. After we have gathered some information, we will report back to you on a plan design and strategy that best meets your goals. There are many ways to design a plan. We do the heavy lifting, you just answer some questions.
